AUDIOVISUAL WIRELESS WALL SOUNDER CE.SGRS100-AV
The audiovisual wireless wall sounder is an output device that combines together acoustic and visual signaling features performed in case of fire or emergency situations.
This device is activated by a specific command from the control panel sent through a wire-to-wireless translator module and one or more possible wireless area expansion modules (known, also, as expander devices).
This device allows the installer to choose among five different tones and to regulate its output volume setting; incorporated beacon’s flash rate and light intensity are fixed.
The operating frequency is 868Mhz (7 frequency channels). Communication range is 200m.
This device is powered by a main battery (type CR123A, battery life: 5 years typical) and a secondary battery (type CR123A, battery life: 2 months typical). The secondary battery will power the device only in case the main battery is low. The control panel indicates this fault.
This device is suitable for connection to the control panel ADR2A with which it communicates via a custom fully digital protocol through a wire to wireless translator. This ensures an exchange of information at high frequency between the control panel and the device providing a quick and safe response. It’s possible to connect up to 240 points per loop.
The control panel is able to automatically detect and identify all points connected to the detection circuits (loops), scanning all possible addresses (1 to 240). All points should be pre-linked to a wire to wireless translator or to an expander module (refer to the related documentation).
To verify the correct operation, all devices can be tested after installation directly from the PC, with appropriate software, connected to the control panel ADR2A. All the points connected to the loop are cyclically tested so that the users have a complete situation of the firefighting system.
The production of these devices is carried out by applying a quality control system, which includes a series of rules regarding the construction of all the devices.
The audiovisual wireless wall sounders are certified by an authorized third party certification body, (BRE Global Limited & LPCB), in accordance with the standard EN 54-3, EN 54-25.
