PROGRAMMING TOOL CE.ALPU1000
This product is used to set and read various parameters stored in the analogue-addressable devices.
The connection to the devices takes place through the base of which is equipped the programming unit for detectors or through a dedicated cable (supplied with the product) for all other devices (only for the series analogue-addressable). Only the CE.A1000, CE.A2000 and CE.A3500 detectors can be installed on this programmer.
The user can interact with the programming unit using the keypad and display.
Through this interface the user navigates through the menu, in a series of options and commands that allow to program some parameters on the device or to read their data.
The programming tool can be used, for example, to:
- read and set the address of the analogue-addressable devices
- change the setting in a temperature sensor, conventional or analogue-addressable, rate of rise to high-temperature fixed and back
- read the " analogue value standard" of analogue devices or "optical value" only of optical detectors or conventional multicriteria
- read the percentage of contamination present in the optical chamber of optical smoke and optical / thermal detectors, both analogue -addressable and conventional
- read the firmware version of a device and other data
- program a conventional zone module
- enable or disable an input or output channel on a multi-module
- program the operating mode of a basic 32-tone sounder, also with beacon
Only one device at a time can be connected to the programming tool; depending on the type of device, must be used one of two modes of connection:
- The detectors must be installed on the base of the programming tool
- All other devices (analogue-addressable) must be connected to the programming unit with the supplied cable
